As you probably know I have been travelling around Europe for the last few months via car but several weeks back we took a turn for the worse and our trust motor car broke down. We then had to resort to paying through the nose on flights and trains to get around, which was truly disastrous. After about a week of doing this we hit upon the idea of buying another car.

Last night found me dining at the utterly bizarre South African restaurant Shaka Zulu found in Camden Town. Decorated literally from ceiling to floor in hand carved and very expensive traditional African decor, or at least very good replicas. A rumour swept around the room that the place cost in the regions of 5.5million to decorate and you can imagine it.
The food consisted of very exotic meats indeed, ranging from Zebra and Ostrich to Springbok and Billatong. Whilst not to everyone’s tastes, ie. Vegetarians, the food was very good if not a little meat heavy although that was to be expected I guess. What was not to be expected though was the price, which in order to dine here again I would imagine would involve me taking out some kind of same day loans online scheme.
